Kauai Full Day – Waimea Canyon

Kauai, Waimea

Take a Stroll in Queen Emma’s Garden & Visit Waimea Canyon – the Ultimate Kaua’i Nature Experience!

Waimea Canyon is Kauai’s Grand Canyon. We’ll drive through Koa Forests along the Canyon Ridge and view Ni’ihau, Hawaiia’s forbidden island in the distance. After viewing the canyon from our favorite perspectives, we will continue into the Napali Mountains to view the magnificent Ko’olau Valley and the Napali Coast from above.  Verdant green vertical slopes carved by millennia of elements sculpting one of Hawaii’s most beautiful landscapes.

We’ll have lunch at the rustic Koke’e Lodge, and then head to another of Kauai’s most special locations. We enjoy the tranquility and beauty of  Allerton & Mc Bryde National Tropical Botanical Gardens which were once the ahupuaa (traditional Hawaiian land division) of Queen Emma. We will enter via a private drive into the gardens not open for public access. Stroll along the river and appreciate the diversity and beauty of the planets rare trees in this living nature exhibit at Allerton & McBryde Gardens. We have exclusive access to a magnificent waterfall in the Gardens and many beautiful locations still emanating the mana of Queen Emma’s Garden.
